WildArt Photographer of the Year Winners - SPACE
SPACE was our competition category theme for February and is the design of Andy Rouse. We received 1,063 entries into this contest, the standard of which was simply amazing and gave Andy and his team a hard task selecting the winning images from the entries. Andy supported the Badger Trust in the UK with SPACE, for which the competition raised a total of £212.60 through competition entry fees. Many congratulations go to Adam Stunkel from the United States who has won the category Gold Award with this stunning image of a Barred Owl entitled ‘Sleeping Forest’. Adam wins £500 and goes forward to our grand final at the end of the year where he is in with a chance of winning our very first WildArt Photographer of the Year title. Congratulations also go to Steve Palmer from the United Kingdom who wins our Silver Award and £200 with this image of a Great Crested Grebe in colourful reflections entitled ‘Great Crested Grebe Preening’; and also to Vittorio Ricci from Italy who is awarded our Bronze prize and £100 for his image of Oryx entitled ‘Open Spaces’.

COTTON CARRIER PRIZE WINNER
We are delighted to be able to offer an additional prize for SPACE in the form of a Cotton Carrier camera sling. This prize goes to Kevin Morgans from the United Kingdom for his image of an Atlantic Puffin entitled ‘Land of the Puffin’.

WILDART YOUNG SPACE CATEGORY WINNER
Our congratulations go to Tamás Koncz-Bisztricz from Hungary who wins our Young Award for SPACE with this image of a Goldfinch entitled ‘Gold in the Snow’. Tamás wins £50 and goes forward to our grand final at the end of the year and will be considered for our overall WildArt Young Photographer of the Year.
