MONOCHROME
MONOCHROME was our theme for September and strips away all the distraction of colour leaving nowhere to hide, concentrating on composition, tone and form. David Tipling was the judge in charge of this category which attracted hundreds of entries from photographers all around the globe. Many congratulations go to Johan Siggesson who has won the category Gold Award with this incredible image of a Caracal photographed in South Africa. Johan wins £500. MATTHEW SULLIVAN - MONOCHROME SILVER AWARD WINNER
Congratulations also go to Matthew Sullivan who wins our Silver Award and a voucher worth $300 from F-Stop with his underwater Salmon image entitled ‘Entering Hyperspace’; and also to Amish Chhagan who is awarded our Bronze prize and a Cotton Carrier CCS G3 Binocular and Camera Harness for his Giraffe image entitled ‘The Flick’. Our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award winners all go forward to our grand final at the end of the year and are in with a chance of becoming our overall WildArt Photographer of the Year for 2022.

FOUNDER’S CHOICE
The Founder’s Choice for ABSTRACTS is awarded to Khurram Khan for his drone image of Herring Gulls entitled ‘A Gull’s Eye view’. This image is also Highly Commended by the judges. By winning this award, Khurram’s image also goes forward to our grand final at the end of the year, along with our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award winners.

ANTON TREXLER - MONOCHROME YOUNG CATEGORY WINNER
Congratulations go to Anton Trexler from Germany who wins our Young Award for MONOCHROME with this image of a Starlings. Anton wins £50 and his image goes forward to our grand final at the end of the year when he could be crowned WildArt Young Photographer of the Year 2022.
