Henley Spiers
Henley Spiers is a highly trained dive instructor and passionate waterman who found his final calling within underwater photography. Since picking up a camera, he has quickly risen to the highest echelons of wildlife photography, becoming one of the most decorated photographers in the field. Amongst a litany of awards, his pictures have won the coveted Grand Prize in the HIPA contest and been exhibited at the Natural History Museum’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year. Author of two books, his pictures and words are internationally published in the likes of BBC Wildlife Magazine, Oceanographic Magazine, The Sunday Times, and many more.
Although he would be the first to admit that he can still do more to help, Henley is a frequent collaborator with ocean conservation organisations such as Blue Marine, Mission Blue, Bertarelli Foundation, Marine Conservation Society, Marine Megafauna Foundation, and the Wildlife Trusts.
Henley, of British-French origin, lives in Devon with his wife, Jade, and their two young daughters.
