WildArt Photographer of the Year Winners - EYES

EYES was overseen this year by WildArt POTY judge Petr Bambousek and proved another very popular category with some incredible submissions from all over the world. Petr and his team scrutinised all of the entries closely and finally whittled the images down to the amazing winners you see here. Many congratulations go to Kai Kolodziej from Austria who has won the category Gold Award with his stunning image of an Avicena Viper entitled ‘Hidden in the Sand’. Kai wins £500. DANIEL D’AURIA - EYES SILVER AWARD WINNER

Congratulations also go to Daniel D’Auria from the United States who wins our Silver Award and a voucher worth $300 from F-Stop with this amazing image of an Arctic Fox entitled ‘Blade Runner’; and also to Christopher Meyer from Germany who is awarded our Bronze prize and a Cotton Carrier CCS G3 Binocular and Camera Harness for his image of a Grey Heron. Our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award winners all go forward to our grand final at the end of the year and are in with a chance of becoming our overall WildArt Photographer of the Year for 2022.

CHRISTOPHER MEYER - EYES BRONZE AWARD WINNER

MARCO MAGGESI - FOUNDER’S CHOICE

The Founder’s Choice for EYES is awarded to Marco Maggesi from Italy for amazing image of a Common Frog surrounded by bokeh. This image is also Highly Commended by the judges. By winning this award, Marco’s image also goes forward to our grand final at the end of the year, along with our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award winners.

JOMTUP CHAROENLAPNUMCHAI - EYES YOUNG CATEGORY WINNER

Congratulations go to Jomtup Charoenlapnumchai from Thailand who wins our Young Award for EYES with this image of a fish and ants. Jomtup wins £50 and his image goes forward to our grand final at the end of the year when he could be crowned WildArt Young Photographer of the Year 2022.
