WildArt Photographer of the Year Winners - COLOUR
COLOUR was our final competition category for 2021 and sought entries throughout October. COLOUR is the design of William Steel and we received 863 entries into this contest, which sought to celebrate the colour found in nature. Yet again, the judges we blown away by the diversity and creativity of the entries which demonstrated a myriad of photographic techniques and showcased a variety of species. Many congratulations to all our winners featured here, but especially Jan Piecha from Germany for his amazing Stingray image which has won our Gold Award in this category, Jan’s second Gold Award in the competition! As well as winning £500 Jan secures another chance to become our very first WildArt Photographer of the Year winner with his image. Not only did Jan strike Gold for the second time with this category, he also wins our Bronze Award with a fabulous image of a Raccoon. William’s conservation cause is Botswana Predator Consrevation, for which we raised £169 through a percentage of competition entry fees. Thanks to all who entered COLOUR and helped us to raise this money for conservation. Please watch our awards presentation to see all the images and hear what our judge William Steel, and the winners have to say. And you can see the winning images in the forthcoming WildArt POTY book, so you can enjoy them forever. Click the book cover above to order your copy.
