WildArt Photographer of the Year Winners - ABSTRACTS

ABSTRACTS was the competition category theme for June and was the design of Victoria Hillman. We received 804 entries into this contest, entries which proved to be of a really high standard with loads of really artistic images for Victoria and her judging team to consider. Many congratulations to all featured here, especially Rachel Piper from the United Kingdom for her fabulous image of a spider’s web which has won our Gold Award in this category. Rachel books a place in our grand final at the end of the year giving her the chance to become our very first WildArt Photographer of the Year winner. Victoria supported Froglife with ABSTRACTS, a UK wildlife charity committed to the conservation of amphibians and reptiles – frogs, toads, newts, snakes and lizards – and saving the habitats they depend on. Learn more about Froglife here. The competition raised a total of £157 through a percentage of competition entry fees. Thanks to all who entered ABSTRACTS and helped us to raise this money for conservation. Please watch our awards presentation to see all the images and hear what our judge Victoria and the winners have to say.
